I am so pleased to be able to tell you that the one Kristin Hersh has agreed to do this again for us.

This is a limited time pre-order. You need to order before the 25th May 2025, because I need to get your lyrics written by KH while she's over here in tour.

If this goes crazy, I will end the pre-order early, to save my sanity.

Choose your shirt & print colour (I will check this with you before I print if you're not sure right now)
Write these in the note at the checkout
Hersh will hand write your lyrics, & Sign
I will print it to the shirt of your choice (if you prefer something else on your shirt, that's ok, this is your custom shirt)

I am aiming to start printing these around the end of May. Please be aware, that you may be waiting quite a while to get your shirt, Depending on how many orders we get. One off prints are time consuming because of the time it takes preparing screens just for 1 print. I also have a job, plus standard t-shirt things, more tour things for August, and a life to fit in. So, I just want you to be aware it could take some time to complete this mission.

🎵 A crazy idea in my head...

I had always had this idea about lyrics handwritten by Kristin Hersh, initially, because I really wanted some lyrics as a tattoo, but I couldn't shake the idea that they needed to be in her beautifully illegible hieroglyphs and it occurred to me that if I wanted this, maybe other people did too. I'm still a little blown away that she actually said yes. So this thing that started as a crazy idea in my head, finally came out into the world... and it really has been a beautiful thing.🖤

A wonderful product

I opened up the package, and immediately I loved the shirt so much! The sheer range of possible color combinations was a bit daunting, but El was great in helping narrow them down and putting together the final design. Providing the original handwritten lyrics along with the shirt was a nice touch, making the shirt feel even a bit more unique. I couldn't be more satisfied, and I wear the shirt proudly.

Throwing Muses One -off Handwritten Lyric t-shirt 2025

Elrat Designs has transposed KH's scribble (font) all over my new T-shirt!! It looks wonderful and loud, colourful and is a memory of a couple of favourite lines of lyrics from the song "Fish". It is a good thing to do as with El's great attention to the concept the request, with skill and enterprise it helps support KH with studio time to make loud, discordant and melodious, mellifluous sounds all wrapped up together in the studio for next time. So win, win. T-shirt was beautifully presented and the project was great fun. Thanks again.
