Screld Font License

What is Screld?

Screld is the official ElRat Designs font, hand scrawled by ElRat for use by ElRat however she feels like. It's a custom typeface that's part of the ElRat Designs brand identity.

Ownership

Screld was created by and is owned by ElRat Designs. It is protected by UK copyright law and international intellectual property rights.

Permitted Use

Screld is authorized for use only on elratdesigns.co.uk and in official ElRat Designs materials. No other use is permitted without explicit written permission from ElRat Designs.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited without written authorization:

• Downloading or extracting the font files
• Copying or redistributing the font
• Using the font on other websites or digital projects
• Using the font in commercial applications
• Modifying or creating derivative works

Non-Commercial Licensing Requests

If you would like to use Screld for some specific non-commercial purpose, please get in touch with me at ElRat@ElRatDesigns.co.uk, and I will decide on a case by case basis. I'm open to personal uses like tattoos and similar projects - just ask.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of the Screld font will result in DMCA takedown notices and potential legal action. I actively monitor for infringement and will protect my intellectual property.
