When I first broached this subject with The One Hersh, I never believed she'd be into it, or that it would actually happen. But honestly, she embraced this project, aas much as I did. These exclusive handwritten shirts have proved popular with listeners all over the world.

2024 Collection: All lyrics and band names were handwritten by Kristin Hersh, especially for ElRat Designs, while she was in London on 27th April 2024.

2025 Collection: She did even more while she was here on tour with Throwing Muses in 2025, expanding this incredible collaboration.

I'm working on getting all of the lyrics she's written for us out into the world. We have lots more things coming, and you can even submit requests for what you'd like to see, there are so many lyric options, and our connection to them can be so personal, I could never hope to pick all of the right ones.

Happening again: We have already had 2 One-of-a-kind custom lyric shirt events. This is, the lyric of your choice, handwritten by KH just for you - on a custom shirt from ElRat Designs, you get the original handwritten and signed lyric, and a custom shirt. This will be happening again at some point when we can work it out, so keep an eye out if this is a thing you're interested in.
