The First Ever Custom Lyric Shirt Event

On April 27th 2024, an idea that had been sitting in my head for many years (Just for myself, since I never envisaged that I would be making Hersh shirts for other people (In truth, its a tattoo I wanted, but I still don't have it, because in all the kerfuffle I didn't ask for a single thing for myself😆 Maybe next time...🖤)), finally came into being.

So ElRat Designs took orders for, the "Throwing Muses font" ONE OFF LYRIC TEE handwritten by Kristin Hersh

This was, the lyric of your choice, handwritten by the one Kristin Hersh on an A4 sheet with a sharpie. Then you got that signed sheet, plus a custom one of a kind t-shirt. That I helped you design. Giving you as much, or as little input into the final shirt as you wanted.

We will likely be doing this again, so for anyone who doesn't know. This is how it worked...

How It Worked

1. Choose your Lyric
2. Choose your shirt & print colour (I will check this with you before I print if you're not sure right now)
3. Write these in the note at the checkout
4. Hersh will hand write your lyrics, & Sign
5. I will print it to the shirt of your choice
6. You get the ONE OFF shirt, plus the original signed handwritten lyric

Your shirt can be anything, it doesn't have to be all the lyrics, or the handwritten version. There is a lot of scope to get things exactly how you want. So, keep an eye out for that next time The One Hersh is over here
