I am so pleased to be able to tell you that the one Kristin Hersh has agreed to do this for us.

This is a limited  time pre-order. You need to order before the 26th April 2024, because I need to get your lyrics written by KH while she's over here in London on the 27th April.

  1. Choose your Lyric (you can change your mind at any time before the pre order ends)
  2. Choose your shirt & print colour (I will check this with you before I print if you're not sure right now)
  3. Write these in the note at the checkout
  4. Hersh will hand write your lyrics, & Sign
  5. I will print it to the shirt of your choice (if you prefer something else in your shirt, that's ok, this is your custom shirt)
  6. You get the ONE OFF shirt, plus the original signed handwritten lyric

Please be aware, that you may be waiting quite a while to get your shirt, Depending on how many orders we get. One off prints are time consuming because of the time it takes preparing screens just for 1 print. I also have a job, plus standard t-shirt things, and a life to fit in. So, I just want you to be aware it could take some time to complete this mission.

🎵 A crazy idea in my head...

I had always had this idea about lyrics handwritten by Kristin Hersh, initially, because I really wanted some lyrics as a tattoo, but I couldn't shake the idea that they needed to be in her beautifully illegible hieroglyphs and it occurred to me that if I wanted this, maybe other people did too. I'm still a little blown away that she actually said yes. So this thing that started as a crazy idea in my head, finally came out into the world... and it really has been a beautiful thing.🖤

Your ElRat Designs shirts are hand screen printed with eco-friendly water-based inks. Here's how to keep them looking their best.

🧺 Washing

  • Wash inside-out at 30°C (90F)
  • Gentle cycle with mild detergent
  • Wash with similar colours 
  • Do not bleach 😂

🌬️ Drying

  • Tumble dry on low heat/Or Hang Dry

👔 Ironing

  • Cool iron setting
  • Water-based ink is iron-safe
  • No fabric softener

🚫 Do Not Dry Clean
