This is a very special logo for me, I had no clue who Kristin Hersh was until "Hips and Makers" came out. I was working Saturdays in an independent record shop, and I always used to play the best selling album of the day, just to see what people were listening to, and it's no exaggeration to say, this album eventually steered the course of my life. It's a beautiful logo, I have it tattooed so, I carry it everywhere (Means I can't ever wear a KH logo T-Shirt, but that's OK, I have lots of other options). For me, it represents the very heart of what music should be, personal, honest, passionate, not made for fame or money, but made because it needs to be made. It represents Hersh's refusal to sell out to the industry, despite what it cost her. This is why her work is so important. She has honed her craft, while still being true to the music, despite the industry, and maybe in some ways because of it... she dug in and I have undying respect for that. Every Hersh purchase directly funds Kristin Hersh studio time, helping to keep her in the studio where she belongs, and to help bring us all more of these amazing musical gifts.

This is the real thing.
If you love Ms. Hersh, then this website offers you unique and genuine products that support her studio time. Too often music fans are fleeced. This couldn't be more different. You are buying a gem from a true fan who obviously cares as much about her music, lyrics and life as we all do. I've just recieved a very meagre purchase of badges and a key fob. I'd hoped to buy directly at the postponed Hastings gig but absolutely thrilled they were available online. Modestly priced, Beautifully and carefully packaged, arrived immediately. Superb personal service. Will definitely be shopping again!
