*Due to gambling commission rules, this is open to attendees at UK Throwing Muses shows only, throughout the May and August tour, and excludes the festival dates

Terms and Conditions

• Entry: Free prize draw entry available to attendees of the Throwing Muses shows in the UK, excluding festival appearances.
• No Purchase Necessary: One *free entry ticket per person is available upon request at the merch table. One additional entry available for every purchase over £5 from the merch table.
• Eligibility: Entrants must be aged 18 or over to participate
• Winning prize: The full lyrics to “The Letter” handwritten as a letter by Kristin Hersh or a £100 cash alternative (winner's choice). Additional prizes are listed below. Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn, with one prize per winner.
• Closing Date: Entries close at 11PM on 2nd September 2025.
• Draw: The winners will be drawn at random by Kristin Hersh, in a fair and impartial manner, and winners will be notified via email within 7 days. The result will be posted on elratdesigns.co.uk no later than 9th September 2025
• Data protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR. The data controller is ElRat Designs (ElRat@ElRatDesigns.co.uk). Data will be used solely for administering the draw and deleted within 30 days of the draw unless you opt in to receive marketing emails. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data at any time
• Marketing Opt-in: If you tick the opt-in check box, you consent to receive marketing emails, and you will be added to the mailing lists at Kristinhersh.com and elratdesigns.co.uk. You can unsubscribe at any time
• Promoter: ElRat Designs is the promoter of the prize draw.
• Notification and Delivery: The winners will be contacted via email with details of which prize they won. Winners will need to provide their postal address, and prizes will be sent via Royal Mail
• Cash Alternative: (Main prize only) The winner may choose either the handwritten lyrics or a £100 cash alternative, paid via bank transfer or Paypal. Only one prize will be awarded
• Claim Deadline: Winners must respond to the prize notification email within 14 days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and may be reallocated, redrawn, or withheld at the promoter’s discretion.
• Exclusions: Employees or contractors of ElRat Designs, Dictionary Pudding, or Yes Dear Music — and their immediate family members or household members — are not eligible to enter. Draw not running at any festival dates
